At Future Health Biobank we pride ourselves on rewarding our customers, which is why we offer our loyalty scheme. In a nutshell, we offer all repeat customers a 20% discount.
To take advantage of our loyalty scheme simply call our lovely customer care team to discuss the service you require and they will arrange the additional discount.
Twin package
If you are expecting twins and would like to store their cord blood and cord tissue we have a couple of options.
Identical twins
Single placenta | two umbilical cords
For identical twins you will require just one collection kit as we can generally only take one sample. However, if we are able to extract enough cord blood then it may be possible to store the sample as two separate entities.
Non-identical twins
If you are expecting non-identical twins, you will need two collection kits. We are happy to offer parents of non-identical twins a 25% discount off each sample.
The Future Health Biobank price promise
At Future Health Biobank we are proud to offer our price promise guarantee on our umbilical cord stem cell services. Simply put, if you are offered a cheaper price for a comparable service elsewhere, just let us know and we promise to beat the quote by £50. The £50 discount will be deducted from your total price upon receipt of a written quotation from an alternative UK-based stem cell bank.
Our Recommend a Friend service rewards both existing and new customers. As an existing customer of Future Health Biobank, simply recommend one of our services to a friend or family member, you will receive a reward of £100.00 and your friend will receive a 10% discount off one of our stem cell services.
Terms and Conditions
This offer is valid until 31 December 2024, 23:59 GMT, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Valid on stem cell banking packages only; excludes ‘Flexi’ pricing packages. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used once. A 10% discount will be deducted from the referred client’s final bill. The £100.00 reward will be payable to you once the collection has taken place, the client’s balance is paid in full and is payable per recommendation. Future Health Technologies Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time and without prior notice.
